Registration

To learn more about the programs and team fees visit the programs page.  Team fees for all programs are due December 1st (a late penalty will apply after December 1st).  The deadline for Jumps and Bumps registration fees has been extended - register now!

 

Step 1 of 3

Renew or Purchase CFSA License and Membership

  • Make sure your CFSA license and membership is renewed or purchased. This is the first step in registering and is a separate process from the club registration.  Read the CFSA registration tips below before clicking on the link above (hint: open the link in a new window so that it is easy to refer back to these tips).

      CFSA (Canada Freestyle Ski Association) Registration Tips:

  • On the CFSA site:  choose REGISTER NOW (red button on the right of your screen)

  • Next window is a login... you can bypass the username and password by clicking REGISTER NOW underneath the login fields.

  • The third window is the actual data entry for your athlete. Most of the questions are easy to answer until you get to ROLE.  Here, you will choose ATHLETE and be directed to more questions including LICENSE type.  You will need to choose one of the following LICENSE options:  

CanFree 1 & 2 ($40 for FUNdamentals/Jumps & Bumps athletes and all Club Level/Development athletes)

CanFree 3 ($60 for all Competitive athletes) or

CanFree 4 ($165 for athletes competing at Club and Provincial/Canadian Selections/Jr. Nationals events)  

 

Step 2 of 3

Register your athlete(s) with Apex Freestyle Club using the online form

  • Create an account on our website. This gives us your family contact information. Keep your user name and password for your file (this will be handy for next year). 

  • Fill out the online form once for each athlete in the family. 

  • Watch your email for a confirmation.  Print the confirmation and submit with payment.

Submit payment
  1. The confirmation email will provide details for mailing your cheque.  If you would like to pay using your credit card, please contact Michelle Little for instructions (michelledlittle@gmail.com).  There is a 3.5% charge for this option.

Refund Policy

75% of fee paid will be returned after the first session

50% of fee paid will be returned after the second session

CFSA membership and AFC Family Administration fees are non-refundable.
